11 weeks and sore lower abdomen?

Has anyone ever experienced it this early? I’ve been trying to have a dig at past posts but usually they are around 16-20 weeks mark 🥲

I’m a FTM and my knowledge is very limited on pregnancies, mostly dependant on ChatGPT and this subreddit… 🤣

I’m 11W2D and I just feel heavy down there, I feel as if I done some core exercises and have a bit of muscle pain, maybe it’s normal?

Just wanted to hear if anyone is experiencing similar or experienced back in end of 1st trimester :)
