Setback rules for small sheds

I'd like to build a 6ftx10ft shed and need to know the Las Vegas zoning setback requirements from the side wall shared with the neighbor. Under 200 sq.ft, not a dwelling, no utilities, therefore no permit required. That much is certain. HOA is a separate issue.
As usual, AI answers suck. I've seen 5ft setback, except maybe 2-3ft for small sheds and/or fire-rated materials.

Henderson has an exemption in code 19.9.3 Accessory Uses / C. Accessory Structure Exemption to Placement and Setback Requirements.
Single story accessory structures 8-feet or less in height and 200 square feet or less are exempt from the placement standards and the rear, interior side, and corner side setback standards.

I can't find the building codes for Las Vegas. Does anyone have a source for the codes or recent experience in Las Vegas? I will call the city if necessary, or maybe visit TuffShed for an opinion.
