Question about duplicate protection and signatures.

If I have for the first time all legendaries from the new set but one and I open golden packs and the missing legendary has a signature version it's guaranteed the first legendary I get is that one on its signature version?

Or in other words, how I can guarantee a signature legendary by any method? Thanks!
