CPU idle temps higher than when gaming

Hello!

Recently purchased a prebuilt PC (way cheaper than buying the parts and building myself).

It has a 7800x3d CPU that idles around 60c, which seems high. However when I play any game (1440p) it drops to around 45-50c. It's with a link titan 360 rx.

Should I be concerned about the idle temp or happy that it's real cool when gaming?
