is anyone selling vapes to minors in st catherines?

im a minor in st catherines and i need a vape WITH the juice, there are sooo many people selling shit in america but no one in canada, if your gonna tell me "its bad for you" fuck off. im not doing this to get scammed, if anyone is willing to sell me one we will set up a meeting spot and i will pay in cash but before i need to see the vape AND vape juice included, you choose the price i might decline if its to high and we dont compromise, also i might take a while to respond
