Did iOS do something in the last update to change their autofill?

Sometimes I type something lately and I look down at what I’ve written and there is a genuine moment of confusion at what I have written. Like the sentence will repeat parts of itself of just have random words interjected. Something I know for sure, it’s changing words it thinks are wrong to other words. I read that was a thing they actually changed recently, to mine and others great aggravation. Does anyone know if this is a setting on my phone that was altered with the new update for like what I am experiencing?

Either that or I need to go to the Dr cause I’m seriously starting to question my abilities lol. I think maybe some could be attributed to attempting to type too quickly but idk
