Missing punch and odd rpms

Yesterday I did the oil change, air filter, and plugs/coils on my 2017 330i. After I finished I started it up and took it for drive and it was lacking the acceleration peak, and when I let off the gas it stays at the rpm’s it has reach for a brief time and slowly starts to come down, often times again it sticks around 3000 for a brief moment before dropping to normal rpm. I got the parts from fcpeuro as a full OEM kit. What should I check for? It does not have any codes. And it does not misfire.
