S26 Ultra external storage issue

Hello everyone! I have an interesting issue with S26U, in comparison to S23U. External NVME storage enclosure (ORICO-PWDM2-G2) is almost never working with S26U.

On S23U as soon as I connect external nvme ssd in this enclosure it gets detected and mounted, where as on S26U most of the time when I connect this enclosure after a delay of 10-20 seconds I get notification that phone is charging connected device via USB.

This enclosure gets detected lets say once in 100 attempts and works fine on this phone. With powered usb hub this enclosure is detected all the time and works fine. I tried restarting phone, clearing data/cache of USBSettings system app, tried wiping cache partition, nothing helped. Don't want to fully reset my phone and test as I've already fully configured the phone and moved all my data from my old S23U.

Would appreciate if owners of S26 Ultra could test external storage and report their results, what works/doesn't work.
