Zoomie pic to start the story! Before adopting this dog, I thought APBTs were supposed to be athletic and agile. Am I the only one who's found that's nonsense? Did your klutz ever grow out of it? Or just stop injuring themselves so often as they aged and slowed down?

My dog was previously neglected/abused so maybe some of it is due to that, but she's the biggest klutz. She also has no spatial awareness. She's about 4yr, not blind, has no other medical explanation for it.

She regularly runs into the chain link fence or slips and falls while trying to zoom around the yard. She's run headfirst into me so hard that I had robins-egg bruises on both shins from her skull (I was STANDING STILL, mind you!). She'll turn while walking around the house and crack her head on doorways, walls, and furniture. She tries to run up the stairs too fast, trips, and falls (thank god only going **up** so far).

The most memorable incident that the rest of the pictures are from is was when she was trying to chase a squirrel off the deck. The squirrel ran down the 4 steps and out under the edge of the fence. The dog biffed it and fell on the way down, **didn't stop running**, left skid marks of fur on the cement from scraping along on the front of her ankles, then bashed into the fence. She gave herself a road rash on both front legs and cut her nostrils and bruised her head and chest slamming into the fence.
