First pregnancy, first MMC - dont want to try again

I had a twin pregnancy loss in early Jan (an MMC). I took 2 rounds of miso - during the 1st round I had a syncope and ended up at the hospital emergency. Now, I've had a hysteroscopy for 14mm of RPOC (they could remove 80% of it) and need to go back to get the rest removed in 6 weeks. The grief and the lhysical and emotional exhaustion I've been through in these 3 months have made me not want to get pregnant again.
Is it just me or has anyone else felt this way too?
