Getting real tired of the constant lag

I don't how it is for the rest of you but the lag is so bad for me at times (EU Ravencrest).

I'm running a 5080/7800X3D with gigabit fiber internet and every action I take in game feels like it's delayed by 0.5-0.75 seconds. It says my latency in the game is 21ms but it feels more like 300.

It's just not very fun to play like this.
