Having a terrible time with Epic Game Store Games

I just cant get any of the launchers to work properly:
Junkstore broke on me, I could not even reinstall it to get it working.
NonsteamLauncher is not bad, but Epic games require internet to launch games? what? That is a dealbreaker.
Heroic Games (The App Store version) works fine, but HDR doesnt, yes I installed gamescope, yes I added some launch commands, I tried lots of things but I could never get HDR working.
And Heroic Games (The App Image version) Supposedly can work with HDR, but while it launches games fine in Desktop Mode, it just fails to launch any game in Game mode.

I legitimately do not know, what to do or try next, this has been terrible so far.
