Hypnosis files that can help with how I feel about sex(uality)?

I have been struggling a lot lately with enjoying sex, masturbation, or thinking of myself sexually. Whenever I get aroused and I try to enjoy myself, the moment it becomes physical my desire completely vanishes and makes me feel wrong/gross. I am guessing this is related to gender dysphoria since I am a trans woman, but it feels like a bit more than just genital dysphoria. I have noticed that erotic hypnosis does help me with this, and while in trance I don’t struggle with this as much (probably due to the experience being less related to my own body). So I was wondering if any of you people know if there exist any files that could also help me with this outside of trance as well?

I’m not sure if what I’m looking for exists or would even work, but it’s worth a shot :)
