Suggested Story:

I will play a 42-year-old widowed father. I have a daughter who is 18, and losing her mother has been very hard on her. We’re both going through a difficult time. This loss has brought us closer to each other. I took some time off work and we’re spending time together at home. Some nights we hug each other and cry. But you start to notice that sometimes these hugs go beyond their original intention.

The dynamics of the house have changed a lot. The housework is now yours. You see serving your father almost as a duty, and in your mother’s absence you try not to let him feel her absence.

I took 15 days off from work. The first couple of days passed our home was packed with friends and relatives. Today is the first time after her death there are no guests at home. A deep silence dominates, and sadness has filled all the rooms. In every corner of the house there is something that belongs to her.

I've been a relatively distant father, always busy with work but in those couple of weeks we'll get to know each other and get closer more than a daddy-daughter couple should be.
