Swap surgery countdown!

10 days away! It blows my mind that my SMX was over a year ago already. Thankfully, the expander hasn't been too much of a pain. Definitely a little weaker on that side when I'm doing resistance training, but nothing significant. I messaged my PS office last Wednesday asking if it was reasonable to skip fat grafting with this surgery and revisit it 6+ months after healing to see what everything looks like when it settles. I haven't heard back yet. This surgery should be easier right? They will be doing an augmentation and placing a smaller implant in my healthy breast during this surgery as well. My mastectomy was my first ever big surgery, so I was a fucking wreck, but now that I kind of know what to expect, I'm assuming I wont react the same way. 🤞🏼
