I'm looking for some help with the "Just Shields (On Back) - SE" mod.

So, I have two saves, both with all the same mods and the same mod order, but the "Just Shields (On Back)" mod isn't appearing in one of them.

I've done research and saw comments from the mod creator saying that you have to turn it on or whatnot in the SFW Configure Power, but I can't find anything to change it, or anything that has anything to do with the "Just Shields (On Back)" mod. In my playthrough where the mod is working, I didn't do anything at all; it's just working. But in the mod where it's not working, it's just not working, and I don't know why or how to fix it.
