Worried my Vyvanse dose is too high

I just went up from 60mg to 70mg. This is my second day and I'm worried its too high. I don't know if it's still the 'honeymoon phase'.

I spend basically all day cleaning. I really enjoyed doing it and it all desperately needed doing. I felt pretty happy while doing it. I wouldn't say I was unable to feel unhappy since I got super annoyed at some family member fighting in front of my door and felt anxious at the shops.

I look forward to taking it but I do sometimes almost forget in the morning. I'm just worried I'm getting high rather than just feeling the positive.

What were some signs it's too high for you? Or in an addiction way.
