Insurance with super

Hi all

About to create a new account with Hostplus and I have a option here to choose if I want Insurance yes or no?

• What is the Insurance for and how do we determine if we need it?

I am a littlebit stuck here as I dont just wanna say Yes or No.

Also once the account is created what is the next step, do I have to notifi my employer and current fund or will everything go automatically?
