Anyone with extra meds they dont need?

Specifically the one that starts with an s? If so PLEASE message me. I cant do WebMD or I'll lose my psych meds and job and I've tried 20+ times to quit i cant do it any other way. Please im so desperate im going to lose EVERYTHING that I somehow havnt lost yet but this is it its my millionth and final chance. Please somebody help me 😭😭😭😭😢😢😢😢
