Should I get another lobe piercing if bad with pain?
I've been wanting to get another lobe piercing done but when I did my old pair of lobe piercings as a teen it hurt like absolute hell! I remember feeling such extreme pain that I was nauseous and light-headed after, pretty sure I jolted when it went in but it was done with a gun so the slight moving didn't seem to have mattered.
Would it be a bad idea for me to get another one? A lot of people tell me theirs did not hurt so I always thought maybe I just have really dense nerves on my lobes, (I don't think I have terrible pain tolerance, I'm pretty alright with tattoos and lasering) if that's the case I probably shouldn't go for another one. But then I only recently found out that piercing guns are like way worse so I'm wondering if the extreme pain and terrible healing was from that and that if I got it done properly with a needle this time it might be alright?
Would appreciate any advice, if this is a stupid idea please just set me straight.
