Recently built my 1st pc and im getting abnormally low FPS compared to others

Hello yall, I just recently built a 4300$ pc for my first ever build. I have a R9 9950X3d, a gigabyte 5080 Aero OC white edition, a x870e elite wifi7 ice MB, 32gb ddr5 ram at 6000

The guy on YouTube and I had the same settings and he was getting roughly 144Fps and im getting 65Fps if that. Hes using a 5080, same speed and gb ram, same MB, but he's using a r7 7800x3d.

What did I mess up :(
