Quick Question...

Hello All! I recently shipped our docs this past Tuesday with a delivery date promised for Friday. As of Friday, they were not delivered and have been put into a warehouse in Quebec with customs. 🫠😭 I put on the label that it was $35.00 worth of documents to keep it under the 40 that would need additional funds. Obviously, I should've put $1.00 on the value of the package.

Does anyone know how I can pay whatever fees I need to get them released and on their way?? I'm so frustrated with myself for not knowing this tidbit of info. I would love anyone's knowledge on how I can fix this ASAP.

And please, if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I made a mistake and I'm just trying to rectify it. I don't need anyone being rude about my mistake... nor do I want anyone to have to go through this either.
