Has anyone else noticed ViCAFE hot chocolate quality dropping?

I’m curious if this is just me or if others noticed the same thing. I’ve been buying hot chocolate at ViCAFE for over a decade, and it used to be my absolute favourite comfort drink. (Actually got me through a tough breakup too) It was rich, creamy, slightly bitter and you could sometimes even see small chocolate particles, like it was made from actual melted chocolate rather than powder. Over the past months though it seems to have changed quite a lot. The last few times I ordered it, it tasted much more like a thin powder-based hot chocolate... more watery and with much less chocolate flavour. At the same time the price seems to have gone up, which made the change in quality even more noticeable. Maybe they changed suppliers or the recipe? I understand cafés have to deal with rising costs, but it’s a bit sad because it used to be genuinely one of the best hot chocolates in Zurich. Has anyone else noticed this or am I just imagining things? Also curious if people know other cafés in Zurich that still do proper thick hot chocolate made with real chocolate.
