Central Arkansas

Is there anywhere closer to Cabot tha NLR FOR METHADONE? I’ve been on subutex, but haven’t had an appt in while and have been using what I had saved when I weaned. I’ve been having cravings again and elevated liver enzymes and have been thinking of switching to methadone. I want anyone’s experience and if there’s only like 4-5 clinics in Arkansas. That is all that I have found. I take about 2-4mg a day.
