Question about Diamond League

Hi Guys! First time diamond here. I am at 3022 stars right now and I am scared to play one more game as I am scared to get demoted back to Gold III. I looked at other posts about this matter but they are all from back when diamond was 3500. So, is it possible to get demoted from diamond?
