DJI Drone fell out of the sky...

I was flying my DJI drone getting some footage of the Washington monument and it fell out of the sky after being up there for only 2 minutes. I only bought it a month ago and now it's completely wrecked. Does anyone know how to get into contact with DJI so they can hopefully cover a new one? Is this a common issue with DJI drones? Thanks in advance!
