Im confused?

Ok so my bf is 2 years older than me and we're long distance because he moves for work. For months he has been incredibly sweet, loving, called me all night etc. About a month ago, not long before valentines day, he switched up and would barely reply to me. On valentines I asked him about 2-3 weeks before if the day could be just us? He said yes ofc... he ended up going out with his mates all night, the whole of valentines i was round my mates and honestly I cried my eyes out. Me and him have been arguing more recently because hes been leaving me in the dark about his plans, knowing im not completely comfortable abt some of his friends behaviours. Am I wrong staying with him despite how hes been treating me lately? Bare in mind, ive been extremely ill with kidney issues and have wanted to talk to him because I love him to bits incase something goes bad w my kidneys. Please serious answers only
