Navy or Army- Medical

So, currently I have talked to two recruiters. One in the army, one in the military. I’m a 22 yr old female with no college. I want a medical job in the military so I’ve seen the navy offers Hospital Corpsman- I”m not sure that I would want to be on a boat all the time. My recruiter said I would not really be on a boat as most facilities are on land. I’ve also seen that the navy has better bases in my opinion, my goal is to go to Italy or Spain. The army also has a lot of good medical options, I don’t know what’s exactly available. I do also have a rod in my back that does not effect my life at all- im hoping to be waived in. Based on my goals, what is better? Has anyone also successfully been waived in?
