SFN or not

Hello after covid i developed a lot of neuro symptoms (my official diagnosis is long covid ) but i have tingling all over the body with numbness burning (so painful) weakness spasms .. I did skin biopsy iny ankle and thigh waiting for results Who has similar symptoms since covid and found out he has SFN after skin biopsy ? Thnks
