Is there anything like "quality of estrogen"?

I will preface this by saying I am aware of HRT being highly individual matter and what changes do you get and when depends on multitude of factors.
But.
I simply have had close to zero changes to my face after eight months, and that's just not normal or at least not usual from what I've read, seen and heard thus far.
I am using EEn from Voix Celeste, my lab results are perfectly fine (I know what the recommended levels are), but there's just barely anything going on. I am close to 45 btw.

Today I was in an especially doomy mood, and my gf asked me "Do you know anyone else who takes this? Are you sure the estrogen is good quality?", to which I really had no answer, but the last nail to the doubtful coffin was seeing a video of one popular trans woman in my country who started HRT at 38, the official way, and with stupid pills and cypro she completely passed in six months.
So I'm like, well, what if what I'm taking is simply shit despite having good lab results?
Is this even technically possible? Is there anything like "quality" of the stuff?
