Fast onset/unusual symptoms?

Hi there! Now that I’ve finished my in-depth google research and came up rather empty handed, I have arrived here 😅 So while I’m waiting to hear back from my Dr., here’s why I got going on. I am about 48hrs into my first dose of .5mg and I noticed my symptoms pop up rather fast. Now, I am a very anxious person who doesn’t handle nausea well to begin with so feeling sick after just 24 hours was a bit of a surprise. Last night was very rough. I think the nausea kept waking me up. Today, I’m feeling like a bag of you know what. But my anxious minds biggest concern is the sudden black stools and tummy pain. All I can think is “oh no, I’m bleeding internally from the ozempic already!” So what I want to know is has anyone experienced the black stools and nausea so fast?
