Can someone help me make a processed vocal sample? There's one I want to use but I don't know where it's from and I need a restored version equivalent.

I'm not good with sound design. Can someone help me remake this lil vocal sample. There's one I want to use but I don't know where it's from and I need a restored version equivalent. It's like half a second long. It's just a lil Ah. I linked it above in case anyone is interested. If you are DM me
