1905 Buescher TrueTone Alto

I am able to get my hands on a Buescher alto with serial 4,xxx. That puts it around 1905. It isn't too expensive and in at least a playing condition, (I tried it out) so I am considering buying it. However, it is seems hard to find any info in this sax.

Using a tuner it seems low pitch, but it isn't marked as such.

Does anyone have any information on this era saxophone, or knowledge on what to look out for?

(I know what to look for in a used saxophone in general)
