Braxton Hicks at 20 weeks?

I’m 20 weeks and a FTM. everything in this pregnancy has been totally normal, which is a huge relief since my first pregnancy ended in ectopic. But I’ve noticed that I’m getting some Braxton Hicks contractions and I’m concerned 20 weeks is way too early for this. They’re not painful and only last about 15-20 seconds. they’re worse when I have to pee. But some days I’ve had even like three or four in a day and I’m kind of freaking out. Can anyone tell me if this is normal?
