Boox Air 5c or new Kindle Scribe Colorsoft?

I have a regular scribe and I really love the writing feel. It's the most paperlike to me and I actually enjoy using it as a notebook alternative over my iPad. I am now trying to move away a bit from the Kindle-only environment so the Boox seemed like an great option where I could have all my reading apps, have good PDF annotating/editing, and have a color screen and writing/highlighting. But how is the feel of the writing? Is it similar to the scribe or more like an iPad?
