[Resident Evil 2]. auto pop bug?

I have 23 trophies on my ps4 version played. I have 10 on my ps5. Not sure why not all auto popped. Is this a known bug? I’ve tried everything. Uploading and deleting cloud saves. playing on ps4 and uploading those saves. Nothing. Anyone know of a solution ?
