Hi! I am filing an industry profile and wanted to get some opinion here. I am applying for 7 criteria, and wanted to pressure test it here.

I. OCMS: 1) sole inventor of a medical device, uspto patent + FDA letter confirming De Novo (for originality); major significance - 2 gov statements (one in US, one in my country of origin) about the policy change based on the device. 3 expert letters, 2 independent

2. data architecture - significance through partnership with a major EHR company that integrates my data solution into it's primary platform, accessing over 1B patient records. Letter of support from that company, plus exhibition of the solution at a major industry conference with clear indication of the partnership. 1 expert letter here.

II. Critical Role: founder of a startup that's based on my solutions. Author of the solutions, primary regulatory communicator. Distinguished organization - the startup is in top 10 list for startups within this industry in the USA. Letters from JP Morgan (selected into their program within this domain, exclusive invitees), a few awards won by/for the company, selective accelerators. 2 expert letters here

III. Awards, national and international, mostly via startup (my name written on the awards and in the media about these awards). One of the awards is from 2018 within the relevant field, but the rest dated to the past 2-3 years. 1 letter from the judge here.

IV. Judging: peer-reviewer for a few universities worldwide to evaluate their startups/projects within my domain of expertise, will be attaching 3 examples. 1 letter by the requester here.

V. Scholarly articles: only 2 articles, 1 patent and 2 internal protocols for another organization that I worked at. All peer reviewed, not cited. I will be explaining it by mentioning that scholarly articles are not of ordinary nature for my field

VI. Media publications about me: professional articles, interviews, podcasts, a few .gov mentions. I will be focusing on 3, and adding 4 more as a supporting

VII. Exhibits: selected to showcase my work at industry specific major events, will be showing two major ones

Problems: sustained acclaim - I am relatively young, so I cant show 10-15 years of sustained top of the field trajectory. Thinking of using that to my advantage by showing the statistics of average person who is considered top of the field vs my achievements with the current level of acclaim. Policy manual said that the beneficiary can be young and early in their career, but still considered top of the field.

For the rest of the FMD, I will be adding a few speeches I have given as an expert in the industry, and excerpt some quotes from letters by the independent expert (building upon the existing criteria).
