Missed block

Back on January 26th, I overslept and missed a block. This was only the second time in 4 years so it’s not like it’s a habit. I’ve delivered almost 1,500 packages since but it’s still on my standings. I’ve contacted support via chat 3 times and they all thought I was appealing it, which I wasn’t. I was simply trying to find out when it’ll drop off. I emailed Jeff 4 days ago and haven’t heard back. Does anyone know anything? Tia.
