[PSA] The products that actually stayed in my routine for years are the most boring ones

PSA

Something I’ve noticed after reading this sub for a long time. The products people seem to stick with the longest are almost always the most boring ones.
Not the exciting serums or trendy ingredients, but things like basic cleansers, petrolatum, simple moisturizers, sunscreen, etc.

The stuff that just quietly works and never irritates your skin. Curious if others noticed the same pattern.

What’s the most “boring” product that has stayed in your routine for years?
