How to get diamond cog amulet?

I am a lvl 18 fully gifted red hive and I cannot for the life of me get to round 20. Round 19 was my best. This is because either I accidentally die to cogmowers bumping into me or I get blue pollen quests that ruin my entire run. Are there any tips I should do or What bees and upgrades to prioritize? As of now Gummy bee is my temporary replacement for Digital bee until I get digital bee
