Gasp OUT

I didn't like him before starting this season. I gave him time and I didn't complain too much, besides the games against the top 6 he was fine, but the match against Juve and now Genoa just show me how afraid he is of making mistakes and how he will default to safe subs and defensive subs when he is afraid. First half of the season we played in a way very similar with what Ranieri had proposed to this team, even though I think Celik was not a wing back player under Ranieri and if Pellegrini was not performing he would not put him in the field from the start, but that is fine while we are playing well and getting results. Since January Gasp have been changing the way the team plays, pressing higher and pressing even when winning matches, what made us concede goals after taking the lead, like against Napoli and Juve (last week), but besides that high pressure he have not applied anything from his way of play that works, even this higher press only works for small parts of the matches. Against Napoli and Juve we had Mancini pressing passing the midfield when we were winning, that is fine against Lecce, but not in games like that. We gave up points because Gasp doesn't know how to coach a team like us, he is a small/medium size team coach and I think his work will me scarred by the lack of courage in changing the team to win matches and the failed attempt to change what was working under Ranieri.
Shame to see Dybala leaving after a year like this, but I don't see a future for him, Faraone and specially Pellegrini. Celik will leave as well and we will need to bring 5 new players to complete this squad. Now we have also rumors that Massara will leave and we will have a new Sporting Director to restart all over again.
It's very difficult for me to say this, but I wish we had never sent DDR and Tiago Pinto away, at least DDR has courage and Tiago Pinto has vision in the market (he is doing really well at
Bournemouth, where he was able to replace all the players they lost and they are performing really well).

I just wanna say: GASP OUT!

Lets bring new ideas, bravery and courage back to this team.
We need to act now, since there are a bunch of options coming to the market. Names like De Zerbi, Enzo Maresca, Unai Emery and even Felipe Luis (he had an excellent time coaching Flamengo in Brazil). If we don't act now, we will be again next season fighting to get to Europa League with a coach that will not bring wins against big clubs, will eventually say stupid shit to the media (something he does time to time when he start to get criticized) and will eventually be fired to a market where we will not have too many options to take this club back to the champions league and winning titles.
