How fast should I expect breast growth to start?

Hey there!

I have only recently started HRT a month before my 26th birthday, its now been 2 months roughly, and I have not seen any changes on my breasts. No buds have formed yet nor have my nipples become stiffer or anything yet.

I am a bit worried about seeing so many people online who see real results after 2 weeks, but I suppose it‘s different for everyone? Is this true?

My HRT regimen is 2 pumps of estrogel (I do one in the morning and one before going to bed, applied to my upper arm) + 12.5g of Cypro daily. I have not checked my levels yet, my physician wants to wait until after 3 months.

I am stressing over nothing right?
