Part 2
A futuristic idea of what one result could be in the development of Artificial Intelligence. If you follow closely, you can see what the development will lead us to in full and beyond. Theirs a word that defines what "AI" currently lacks; "Qualia: a property as it is experienced as distinct from any source it might have in a physical object - Reasoning; The hard problem is explaining how and why beings have conscious, subjective experiences at all (qualia in philosophical parlance). QUALIA Definition & Meaning - Merriam-WebsterLinks to an external site."
The subjective experience is undefined, even as to how this will be observed, from what I see in research. The Philosophical argument is if only biological sentience should be as definition, considered for 'moral patienthood'.
The moral patient debate remains speculative, preparing ethical frameworks for potential future developments rather than addressing present reality. Many of us, as the record shows, have an interest in defining this 'human reality', however, even then, "what comes first, the mind or the brain."
If we think about from a technological point of view, neuromorphic hardware handles roughly 1 million neurons, however, they are of use once the electricity is applied to the computer, and only then.
So, is the brains development first then the spark of subjective consciousness experienced, we already know that humans possess an electrical charge.
The discovery will be multidisciplinary.
