Bruise on knee

34 year old male 174.1 lbs, 5”8. Formerly had fatty liver but through diet exercise fibroscan etc came back normal. (Was 240 as of last June and slowly lost the weight), have a bruise on my knee. Don’t recall hitting anything but doesn’t mean I didn’t. Not tender to the touch but color etc bothers me. Link attached for image on right knee. Noticed it today.
