Bike won’t start after rinsing

I just cleaned my chain and decided to give my bike a quick rinse with water only cause of how dusty it was and did my best to avoid electronics and now my bike won’t start and I’m not sure what to do.

It turns on, the kill switch is off, kickstand is up, when I pull it in to try and start it makes this loud buzzing for a second and then stops. Any ideas what’s going on?

I’m assuming the water is the cause, I’m not sure where to check where it might’ve gotten in or what I should even be looking for. Any help would be appreciated as I just got this bike last year and I would be devastated if I ruined it just because I wanted to give it a quick rinse.
