Confused about claude terms of service for automation

So if you're on a max plan, can you run a scheduled run for claude code?

So, for example, on a daily basis, it will run a Claude code with a shell script to grab some information and run something? Or this against their term of service (automation?)

Because I use claude code to fetch information and do some analysis on them on daily basis.
