Is a remark for u1 ever worth it?

Pls guys is a remark for u1 bio when ur 1 mark away from the next grade ever worth it, me and my teacher both found a potential 1 mark, but everyone keeps scaring me of the risk, and my teacher checked the rest of the paper and said i shouldnt drop a mark.
