How has your experience with new AP Shyvana been so far?

I don't have PBE but I used to enjoy casting nuclear bomb on squishy champs with AP Shyvana sometimes. I see a lot of discussion around her usual skirmisher builds, but not much around her AP side. Can you enlighten me with your experiences thus far with her new AP builds?
