Should I trade the 1.05, Ladd and the 2.10 for Jeanty?

I would still have the 1.02 and the 1.10 and alot of other 3rd and 4th round picks, I’m hesitant to trade ladd with Mike McDaniel being the new OC, I think ladd will be a lot better next season. But my rb room is lead by Kamara and Pollard so I’m tempted to make the move for jeanty and then replace ladd with the 1.02 with one of the top 3 wrs depending on landing spot. let me know
