HELP, Randomly restarts during play

So I've had my Vizio TV for at max I want to say 6 months and I play on my switch and at random times my TV just shuts off the light with it and then after about 2 or 3 seconds it turns on by itself. The Vizio logo showing for about 5 seconds while the light is blinking then I'm taking directly to the home menu.

My TV isn't being turned off as my switch is ser to where if my TV is manually turned off My switch turns off as well and every single instance of my TV turning off my switch never turned off on its own

In the beginning this only happened maybe once a week or so and I didn't pay much attention because it wasn't that big of a deal but now they've been getting way more frequent as this is now happening up to three times a day and I don't know if this is a setting or software issue or what but I would definitely love some help here
